Local IT Support
Background and Experience: Graham McKay has had more years of experience in the IT Support sector than he cares to remember! During those years he has dealt with complex issues ranging from large corporate EFTPOS systems and websites, to home computers and mobile devices. He started working for himself at Glebe Mac Consulting in 2010 with a focus on the Apple ecosystem but his background of managing Windows & Unix servers in a corporate environment means he’s happy to advise and troubleshoot on those platforms too. His prime tenet is “making technology work for the user” rather than the other way around.
